I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location on a volcanic island was truly unique and added to the overall charm of this place. The staff were outstanding, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with modern facilities. I especially enjoyed the shared terrace with a hot tub, where I could unwind and enjoy the stunning views of the harbor. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of pastries, fruit, and breads. The restaurant was also exceptional, serving up mouthwatering meals that were a true culinary delight.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Located in an airy open space with funky art on the walls, it is easy to get around. Although the rooms are small and cramped, they are done tastefully with an Indian theme. Breakfast is served in a great terrace and the hot tub provides breathtaking views of the sea. the French and Polish waitresses are friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi only worked in the shared areas and there was loud music from a neighboring hotel disturbing the peace.

The hotel had a convenient location and was near to the port and other places. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were friendly. , the decorations were nice and on-theme for the festive season.
The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a swimming pool or beach access which would have been essential for a vacation during the hot weather season. the rooms were quite small and the Wi-Fi only worked in the communal areas.

Spent xmas in a hotel and location was key, right by the beach and close to the town center. the staff were really friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast selection was great and had a wide variety.
The rooms were small and cramped, the bedding felt old and uncomfortable. the hot water took forever to heat up and the decor was outdated.

The personalized service was amazing. They picked me up from the port in an electric cart and upgraded my room when they learned it was my birthday. The hotel facilities were incredible; the shared terrace was a delightful spot to relax with a spectacular view. The breakfast was a pleasant mix of pastries and fruit which fueled me for the day. Staff were helpful and maintained cleanliness in all shared areas.
Almost perfect.
